Welcome to Hotel Am Schlosspark in Essen Borbeck since September 25, 2009. Check-in is available anytime from 1pm using the Self Check-In Terminal located downstairs at the reception, with no staff on site. Check-out is until 10 am. For self check-in you need your booking number; full instructions with code and pictures will be sent by email. Please follow the information on the terminal display. Payment is possible only with EC or credit card. Cancellation is possible only up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to the total price. Parking is free of charge, subject to availability. There are 7 parking spaces total: 2 in front of the garage and 5 in underground parking. Reservation is not possible. The hotel is a direct streetcar ride from Essen center 15 minutes and a 10 minute walk from Borbeck Castle and Brauhaus DAMPFE. The streetcar is just a few steps away. Essen Borbeck train station is a 2 minute walk away, with many stores and pharmacies in the center of Essen Borbeck. The highway is a 7 minute drive away. A bicycle route is just 2 minutes from the hotel. Free welcome drinks like water and coffee are included. A rich breakfast buffet is available for an extra charge.
