Almirante, 14, Ciutat Vella, 46003 Valencia, Spain
Caro Hotel is a former 19th-century palace situated in the heart of Valencia, just 656 feet from the Cathedral. It is architecturally unique, masterfully blending historical elements with contemporary design to offer a sophisticated experience. The hotel features elements more than 2,000 years old, including a 2nd-century Roman mosaic, part of a 13th-century Moorish wall, and Gothic arches. Designed by Francesc Rifé, each room is unique and reflects an elegant minimalist style, with carefully curated details. Unique elements such as medieval coffered ceilings or Moorish arches adorn some rooms. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a complimentary mini-bar. Bathrooms are equipped with Lalique toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. In 2024, Caro Hotel was awarded a Michelin Key, a distinction that recognizes the most exceptional hotels for their excellence, character, and quality of experience. This award, conferred for the first time by the MICHELIN Guide to honor quality in the hospitality industry, highlights the deep-rooted commitment of the Valencian hotel sector to providing top-quality services.
