Opened in May 2015, this guest house is in the northern part of Zurich, a 5-minute walk from the exhibition center and the Hallenstadion. Each room features free Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and a private bathroom. From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served in the Riedbach Restaurant on the ground floor. On weekends, breakfast is served in the Bagel Boys Restaurant next door. Rainwater is collected for toilet flushing. Heat pumps use waste heat from a nearby data center for heating and hot water. Solar panels on the roof cover about 40% of the electricity consumption, and energy-efficient LED lighting is used throughout.
