Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware that all beds are 120cm wide, which are considered small double beds, in contrast to the standard 135cm wide double beds. Upon arrival, guests may collect a complimentary towel at reception, with one towel provided per person. Additional towel refreshes are available for a charge of £5 per towel.
